Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. A credit will automatically be applied the original method of payment.
Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
You may request an exchange if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. We cannot exchange items due to damages caused by wear. Please email at email@example.com for a request to exchange.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - please ship to 2814 Freeport Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95818 USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We are not responsible for the item until we receive it.
